The company as whole is great, but is held back by the shortcomings present with middle-management. No one is willing to take ownership of internal issues. New hires are lost and overwhelmed with no place to start, and no direction from management.

Knowledge level and their willingness to provide feedback. They are always willing to learn and do more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
General sense of comradery and willingness to assist the team. Balance between work and life is very nice as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my position and payrate do not accurately reflect the volume, quality, or consistency of my work. My responsibilities have increased drastically with very little in terms of overall compensation.
