Great coworkers and office enviro.; hybrid is very convenient; the work itself is easy enough, but not very transferable; raises are slow even if you manage the arbitrary goals set for you, but I guess it's good that the goals/promotion criteria are clear, at least; feels like concerns are ignored

Coworkers are supportive and friendly, but also willing to provide constructive criticism where necessary

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We all get along for the most part--they are the main reason I like this job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I didn't see bad workers getting paid more than me because they meet arbitrary metrics--also if I could afford groceries
