Review the compensation, hiring knowledgeable people from the beginning, and better perks.

I do not see fair compensation, Even though I spend much of my time to resolve clients needs.

Pay rate is kind of low compare to others and the inflations, so Barracuda needs to work on compensation.

I do not see a fair compensation compare to any other IT firms, and even among peers within Barracuda.
