Open communication and cooperation is present with the team.

Being able to speak openly with team and manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack of interdepartmental communication. There is also a lack of conveyance to Partners on what to expect when calling in for support.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Spend time being acquainted with the work being done by the base level employees of the company. Executive leaders should be capable of doing the work of entry employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be limited to no support to actually progress in the company. Raises do not actually occur with merit, which discourages doing any additional work than entry level.
