My personal life has interfered w/ my job pretty much the whole time I've been here at Barracuda, and I'm always worried about being fired. Offshoring development while the product goes to crap doesn't inspire much confidence either.

Focus on product, not profits

Less layoffs, offshoring, dread. Focus on EGD, staff it up, EOL other projects.
