Invest in the products and not additional leadership layers. Products are stale and misaligned with the market. Too few developers, too many decision makers. Analysis Paralysis

Product, Product, Product. It's not 2018 anymore. Our competitors have passed us on multiple fronts and we only just now seem to slowly wake up and realize this happened.
