What is the best part about your compensation package?
umm....best part is the fixed compensation itself. Not sure about ESOPS. They are not vested, not sure when they vest it. No documents given regarding it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I fully believe in the vision and mission of the company. The best thing I like about the leadership team is their proactiveness From AI Hackathons(where they are very active and helpful), to Engineering all hands meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing is the quality of the engineers. They are really good. They push me to be better by nudging me to learn cool new learning or trying things. I love that. Big part of what I enjoy working here is that.
