the people are awesome and I like that I like my manager. Everyone goes out of there way to make sure I am succeeding at work and they also are invested in me as a person
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like the renewals team isn't compensated enough. Our renewals make up most of the company's money flowing in but we are not paid to reflect that. i hear that we are a team with our AE's but even at SKO when they are talking to Solutions Architects and such, we where put into a room to work
