I'm disciplined, happiness does not define my work. I'm mostly happy about good food though :)

Good collaboration, Sensible and Intelligent people. Easier to work with the team that our manager has built.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We own the work, there's no micromanagement, trust and collab. Real good chances to up-skill along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the location that we live in, here the compensation benefits needs to be much higher as living costs are way too high in Bengaluru. Higher compensation would make me feel stress-free whilst working for the company as we have to live a life here.
