What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to ideas and suggestions. There isn't bad or good one, rather there is a suggestion that fits our goal and culture and others not!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but rather the financial compensations don't match inflation we are having here. Furthermore, Headhunters offers at least 30% to 40% more salary than then one we have. The only thing that keeps me in, is that I'm satisfied with the tasks and people I work with.
