Overall positive experience. I think my field is unique because success is almost immediatetly seen and some people want to latch on to other's success. Thats the downside. But its a very good company and its the employees that make it so.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
It dan get annouting, but the regular townhall meetings are very helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its more collaboration with my team. Egos are mostly checked at the door.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total compensation is good. The best part is probably the reimbursmemt of phone and internet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Pay day haha! But seriously, its the amount of trust and atonomy. They just let me do what I do best... what I was hired to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People being real people (mostly). Of course there's always one person that goes out of their way to look good because their self esteem is too low but overall, most people are great to work with because they are real people.
