I like the transparency they provide. I feel like the future of Barracuda is discussed with everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role I am in currently is stretched thin, so the compensation seems on the lower end given all that is expected of me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part about the culture is that I feel like I'm able to go to anyone to ask for something and they'd help or put me in touch with the right person. It is very much a team mentality.
