It is just a job, if I had a choice not to work, I would not work!

Apologies, but I don't understand why always you ask us questions like this, when we have no knowledge and no right criteria to say yes or no or put a "grade"....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job I did, worth's more money. Also, no care at all, if we have kids and we need to be away to look after our kids. Does anyone believe that have a sick kid at home, will stay with a "stranger" nanny, while mum will be on the same place?
