I have gone through a few acquisitions and leadership changes. I feel the vision is most clear now than it has ever been and i'm optimistic we are moving in the right direction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've liked that they are more communicative of the vision and plans for the products.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that everyone on my team is slotted to do what brings out their personal skill set the best while still encouraging learning and growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a history of releasing MVP products/features and then never going back to complete the work leaving us falling behind the competition and customers notice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful to offer assistance or guidance at the drop of a hat. I feel like I can lean on my team whenever I need help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It hasn't been a secret that I am underpaid compared to my peers in the same role and after 12+ months of trying to get this corrected to fair compensation, it keeps getting shut down from leadership.
