We have processes that slows everything to a crawl. It takes forever to get anything done. There is no alignment of business priorities across divisions. There are good opportunities for advancement but pay is low and equity is poor. There is no fun here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is highly productive and goes to extreme lengths to meet our goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on doing less. Constantly pushing numerous P0 initiatives is causing burn out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is virtually no culture here. Almost nothing meaningful is done for employees. Just whipping the workers with no fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid in an extremlly low percentile for my position in the market. I haven't received a raise in a couple of years. There is no offramp for my equity position.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not feel valued at all. Based on my conversations, very few do. There's little accountability across departments. Processes change, no one is informed and it's not documented. Hard to get anything done. The company can't get out of it's own way and align business priorities and process.
