They are knowledgeable and hardworking and dedicated to perform at a high level.

No one aspect is noteworthy. The total compensation package is what makes it acceptable.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I do the type of work that I enjoy and it makes a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, clear communication of company goals, regular communications provided to all employees and what appears to be an openness to listen to employees and lastly they exhibit leadership by example.
