Cuda is a nice company to work for but is a bit low on the compensation side. Since it is private with no stock options to cash in, a bonus structure would benefit the company and incent workers to do more. Other than that, the culture is great and everyone strives to support one another.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be bonuses for work performed, especially without public stock options. A flat base salary and raise isn't as effective to drive behaviors as a bonus is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares about making my position correct compensation and title wise which my prior manager didn't care about, she is also very appreciative and supportive of the work done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With new leadership in place, there is a better feel of pushing the company to grow in a positive way. Prior to the leadership refresh, it appeared to be slow and behind the competition.
