Very happy with how things are going. Been here only 4 months so far. Everyone's welcoming, the job is fun and feels rewarding. We have enough space to do things our way and get the results without sticking to someone else's script.

Flexibility to work from anywhere - just get the job done. I have always wanted that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to work remotely, and not strict log in or log out times. Only expectation is to get my numbers.
