What did you like most about the interview process?
getting to meet the various cross functional team members. I felt like I spoke with a lot of good variation to understand the challenges and the role itself. The position is exactly what I expected and more!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role has grown into much more than when I was hired. I've received a raise but I believe my role has grown event beyond this however there are other aspects to my job I love and am not unhappy with anything.
