Andy Wang needs to get better at messaging that is more inclusive and doesn't overtly highlight his privilege. It's really discouraging to see our white, male CEO try to solve some of the bigger issues in our country by just telling us to be nice to each other.

The bonus structure is so steep so only if your business is doing extremely well do the numbers work

I think at a certain level, prioritizing compensation on growing our teams and expanding our footprint would be helpful. And if you have been with the company for a certain number of years, 401K matching is crucial.

The base salaries/draws are way too low for the industry. A manager and recruiter are paid the same and it's frustrating.
