What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are usually nice and supportive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fighting just to be able to succeed in my role becomes. Hi requirements few resources.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Took a very long time to be promoted for a guy with 15 years of experience to a level 3 especially given responsibilities I am asked to complete. Even then salary is on the bottom end. Always excuses or no support from direct supervisors.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The "do more with less" attitude is not working. Especially when it is a downward trend. You accommodate, then get aske to more with less again, and again, and again. Retention incentives become less and less and less. Always excuses for no approval or support.

What are some of the best things about your team?

For the most part the individual contributors are pretty good. Some great ones and some not great ones. To be expected. The drive to do their job well is usually there. Often becomes doing a good job considering the resources you had available. Manpower and tools/processes being the usual limitation
