People who value others. Management who encourage balance of work and life (vacation and flexibility at work/home.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great communication and down to earth in relating to employees at various level. They demonstrate their willingness to be transparent and listening to feedback. Friendly managers and leaders (most of them).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From upper to first level management, most people are willing to engage each other as a person. Do not feel much hierarchy pressure or condescending attitude, a huge contrast from my previous companies. Most managers are technically and managerial strong, feel appreciated.
