In almost 20 years at Bell I would rate my overall experience as excellent. Working with the customer has always been a great experience when I get to say I represent Bell. Every upper management person, with the exception of Mitch Snyder, have talked a good game but are political like usual though.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is very good and competitve.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More technical experience. Provide them with training and bring their skill level up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Usually seem interested in listening to people. Weather or not they follow up on things is a different thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I have met in my almost 20 years at Bell have been very very nice and usually satisfied with their job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fixing a helicopter no one else can fix and seeing it fly away on military missions and bring the aircrew home safe.
