Inclusiveness. When there is a situation to be addressed, everyone's opinion is taken into account. With no opinion being dismissed.

I enjoy rewarding work. My job consists of a lot of problem solving and with the team around me, it is rewarding to see issues being resolved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They assess the compensation consistently. Whether you are union or not, you receive a fair raise consistently. Having worked in the industry at various places, I can assure you that is not the case more often than it is the case.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, everyone is positive, wants to be here, and has the same goal. With that said, EVERYONE that I have interacted with, positive or negative, wants Bell to be success and to put out the most quality product. It has actually surprised me in a really great way.
