What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate how fast I accrue vacation, but I wish we carried over how much we used to. Our health coverage and HSA is an excellent benefit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all innovators. We desire to build the best we can, not settling for legacy processes, but always looking to improve upon ourselves. We bring a myriad of experiences, and appreciate all ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are encouraged to get our hours each week, if I need to come in an hour or two late one day, I can stay an extra hour or two another day to make up for it.
