The sense of accomplishment from doing something that makes a difference every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They plan a task, let us know how it relates to the overall project / goal, and then get out of the way to let us accomplish the task.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always open to discuss issues and alternate paths forward. I have yet to come across something that needed to be done that could not eventually be accomplished.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The money is fair, the amount of vacation time + holidays is almost more than I can use in a year, and having PTO with managers and HR that actively encourage you to use it when appropriate.
