We get things done in a crunch time and work well establishing processes

Everyone is willing to learn and collaborate. No one walks around like a know-it-all.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The extra 26 days off we get without using any vacation or PTO based on the 9X80 schedule we work and the holiday shutdown
