overall am very proud to work for my company. it is challenging and has provided me insight and exposure to something completely different in all my years post-college. There are things I'd like to see change but that goes with any job. Overall, we have seen so much change which comes with attrition

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not always but do at times, especially for one of the more seniored ppl on the team. like we treat 'new' ppl in a different light than those that have proven success and loyalty.
