Professional people, yet it's a casual atmosphere. Sometimes it's very busy and hectic, sometimes we get a chance to visit and laugh a little.

You really need to enjoy your work and the people you spend most of your time with, because life is too short to do anything else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy for all. They conduct Townhall Meetings with open Mic. They greet you in the halls. They ask us what we need to be successful. They are managing through inflation, rising interest rates and skyrocketing cost which is not easy. Yet we are still winning contracts.
