It is bittersweet. I enjoy the people and the job, but there are too many power struggles and programs that work in a vacuum. There is also more work than one person can do stacked on so many that it makes it difficult to accomplish a single task.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and actual direction that we are required to determine on our own should be flowed down from the executive leadership not created by the day to day workers. And the company objectives should be properly staffed and funded to allow for a successful execution.
