What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

my job classification some coworkers are lazy and pretend to "be busy" and or dont pay attention to what they are doing

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

leadership needs to communicate better with employees on the floor instead of keeping us in the dark. Most not all leadership does not value the manufacturing employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

as a union employee I am aware that the companies hands are tied when it comes to raises due to the contract. however myself is one of the lowest paid people in my classification and i work harder and more then the hirer paid employees who sit on their phones all day not helping.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

get the correct management in place when it comes to certain areas of manufacturing. I think CEO and higher up is a bit oblivious to what actually goes on on the manufacturing floor. They need to speak to the people who work the parts daily vs being told what they want to hear by some managers.
