I wish there were more contact with leadership and pay transparency.

A more competitive salary is necessary for me to stay here. Otherwise, I will be forced to leave after getting necessary experience.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More professionalism would make the workplace better. It's too casual- I don't enjoy my coworkers coming over to my desk to show me facebook memes or make self-deprecating jokes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Effort needs to be put into keeping non v280 employees. My office is hardly climate controlled, and maintenance never seems to care about fixing it and keeping it working. Leadership claims that all work here is important, yet only the engineers in the headquarters are taken care of.
