I love the work, I love the people. I am disappointed that the company has abandoned the perks we used to enjoy: Major sporting event tickets, discounted entertainment vouchers, company sponsored family events. I don't believe my compensation has been adjusted to keep up with economic conditions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A performance evaluation system that rewards financially based on merit, actions and experience. Annual evaluation that takes inflation and cost of living into account aside from performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear goals and dedication to the product quality, aesthetics, and market differentiators that will improve the product against our competitors in the commercial market space. Dedication to improving employee's compensation that is competitive as well as sensitive to current financial climate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedication to the job and the project not their own personal corporate growth. Professionalism and the willingness to help get to the goal of creating a better product. Lots of good things happen when no one needs to care about who gets credit.
