the management is terrible. there is zero communication. the best part about my job is the people we support. the customer hates dealing with management at this point because they make everything so much more difficult than every other contractor they work with

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
management does not feel the need to keep employees that work remotely informed about anything. this has been the case the entire 6 years i have worked for the company. and compensation wise their isn't any even though the team i work with has had nothing but positive reviews from the government
