What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Change the environment. We are always looking over our shoulders and wondering if we are going to be let go.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

being honest with employees and treating everyone equal no matter who you are or job title. They need to learn how to better manage time and work so employees and enjoy a better life work balance. We have yet to date learn how to do this. Employees are tired of working mandatory overtime.
