My immediate team is very tight knit. It is like a family environment where everyone looks out for each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the only way to get pay increases is to jump around to different jobs/departments or to leave Bell and come back. I don't feel employees who become experts in their field/department are compensated as they only receive the yearly 3% to 5% typically.
