I had to teach myself a lot of what I do, which isn't always a bad thing. Although, when it comes to a role like Government contracting, you would think there would be some more guidance. My overall experience could be described in one word, frustrating. The people are what make Bell, now keep them.

The people make Bell, however, they're leaving left and right.

How often you see them, they're much more visible than the previous regime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am firm believer that what I put here will not create change.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
inadequate on bordering experience. How we train new hires doesnt work. It puts responsibility on the individual contributors to get them up to speed rather than a mentorship program or weekly get together with the ODT team to teach specific topics or answer questions.
