What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What are some of the best things about your team?

Individuality. Virtually no teamwork, but the individual effort is there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because a high percentage of employees perform far below average, yet they are still paid equal or better than hard working employees. No accountability anymore.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop viewing our customers as competition. Listen to employees with experience. Our current leadership team is worse than the previous version. Recently, they failed to even respond to a State agency that voiced concern to the CEO.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership is steering the company the wrong direction. Not listening to customers. Not listening to experienced employees. 95% of the policies we have implemented in the past 5 years have been flawed and detrimental to the business.
