While there have been a few bumps over the many years, Overall it has been a very positive experience. My work has largely been very meaningful and fulfilling. I have mostly worked for people who cared about me and my growth.

Our CEO is key to my overall confidence in the Team. While some members of the ELT are lacking, I have confidence that Lisa's leadership.
