Listen to individual contributors. Employees share their intentions to leave more often with peers. Sometimes individual contributors have a POV that could help with retention.

1. Pay me more money. 2. Stop bogging me down with pointless busy work like this that gets in the way of me doing my job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is the culture environment organically developed from the team. The attempt of Bell to generate a top-down culture is a hollow gesture. Our leaders will throw money at any solution so long as it is not compensation for the people who actually do the work.
