They're new, motivated, and wanting to make a positive impact on the business.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the product, delivering value to the customer (internal and external), and working with my teammates. Helping lead times and make positive change is motivational and renews my vigor for each day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work continues to pile up, while folks continue to leave... and bringing new folks on is hard when we aren't hiring at our competitors benefits and salary. It's a vicious cycle. Fix pay, and you'll have solved a majority of the problems... or fix the benefits (WFH flexibility)

What are some of the best things about your team?

The folks that are here are (typically) not here for the pay or the benefits - they really want to be here and believe in the product. Those folks are also career aspirational and are looking at these times of having a lean staffing model as future career growth - provided the leadership invests in
