Overall, its a great place to work. There are a few bad apples in the bunch that makes it very difficult to come to work every day. All employees are not treated equally. It is very dependent on who your manager is. However, my co workers encourage, help and do anything for each other.

Feeling like I've accomplished something good. Also interacting with my co workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am having to work two jobs just to make ends meet. As a professional, I don't feel like that should have to happen. My family lives in a modest home, we drive modest vehicles and do not have a lot of extra however, both my spouse and myself are having to work two jobs to keep our family fed.
