designing cool stuff and seeing people at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I mostly determine my schedule and what I work on given the things that need to get done. Managers seem focused on helping finding what people want to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits aren't different enough from other companies to make it a differentiator from choosing benefits over salary. The only reason I'm here is the flex schedule and design freedom.
What are some of the best things about your team?
how well we all work together. There is a lot of turn over though, people come for a little while then go to some other company or internal job hop then they get replaced with brand new people.
