They know by not micromanaging our team they get way better results in the work place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe with my knowledge in what I do is worth more, not saying I'm not great full for my job but I know my worth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am putting out the best product I can to help our courageous men and women of our armed forces in protecting my freedom and this great country I live in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Don't know much about culture I wasn't raised in the time of participation trophies I own my faults not society. For the environment it's clean and everyone I work with gets along great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With some their ability to listen, to know the parts, to treat each part they work on like it can determine someone's life it's not just an aircraft part, it can make a difference in a safe landing or a crash.
