I have enjoyed working here overall. Retaining talent is a problem. The company should try spending less on gardens and HR initiatives and compensate the employees that make money for the company.

A healthcare package that's more affordable with a less deductible amount. Pay to be more competitive compared to other companies with the same field of positions.
