The sense of accomplishment for the day and what i have learned. Also lunch and when i get to leave.

We are able to work together and accomplish many feats without emotional angst and we try to have fun even in stressful situations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A healthcare package that's more affordable with a less deductible amount. Pay to be more competitive compared to other companies with the same field of positions.
