I would like to move on to something else, jobs are posted but you never hear anything when you apply. Typically because the job was already promised to someone. Were told the old ways have been eliminated, I assure you they still happen.

I think accountability is probably the most important

When your expected to do your job and the jobs of other employees in your group your undervalued by definition
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What is the status of the factory? In some areas work is winding down, what's next? I don't know, and if someone knows they aren't talking.
