The people in my area are always upbeat and easy to get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People stay busy so they stay out of trouble and don't make a lot of problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work together as a team to get the job done and make sure it is done right.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great and you don't have to ask for a raise. The health insurance used to be a lot better but I think it is keeping up with the rest of the businesses.
