Bonus!! I think it would be good if the comp ratios were more readily available.

Every day is a new challenge. I enjoy being a leader. My team is ready to take on new challenges.

They are interested in the whole me, not just my job. They care about my health, my family, my life in general.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door, every day. Never intimidated or nervous to speak my mind. The HQ 2nd floor conference room chairs are atrocious!! These need to be replaced ASAP!!
