It's a good company, full of promise. Sadly, that promise is rarely realized due to lack of process, consistency, and an inability to execute. I hope those things can be improved.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation allowance is excellent. I was able to negotiate this though (it's not a standard allowance).

Establish process. This will help us plan, delivery consistently, and win future business through confidence and precedent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Skip level conversations with ordinary staff. Also, helping to drive home the need for consistency and process to help us deliver comprehensively and to target.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of consistency and continual rework due to changing minds and perceptions resulting from this leads to fatigue, boredom, and a sense that expectations can never be met. Moreover, it leads to a situation where there is lower confidence that requirements can be met and business objectives achieve
