What do you like best about the leadership team?
I havent really heard much from them since the CEO changes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not my immediate coworkers but others in departments we work with dont seem to have the drive for excellence we expect and there is no accountability
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Waste. Our department seems to be tightening its belt for the last few years but other departments appear to spend with no care for what is coming. It doesnt seem the financial responsibility is shared equally
